This was before kids and when I was a vegetarian. Mixed lettuces, sliced capsicums (red and green peppers), shallots and variety of japanese flavoured tofu cut up in slices or canned lentils. Olive oil and lemon juice dressing or Balsamic. I think it is def worth paying for fresh prepared salads and try to stay away from the big M! I wish we had a Trader Joes sounds awesome.
