I make it with lots of seeds (sesa...I love granola! I make it with lots of seeds (sesame, pumpkin, flax, millet). Have you ever added millet? It adds a nice crunch, and tastes great toasted. Sometimes I also like to add orange rind. I use a vegetable peeler to take off the zest and a little bit of the white, chop it into small bits and bake it with the granola.
