Here is why I think it is working. 1) I go to bed at exactly 10:00 p.m. I don't allow myself to go to bed a minute later. This prevents the bedtime hour "creep" where all of a sudden it's 1:15 a.m. 2) Getting up at 4:30 a.m. allows me to think. I can do whatever I need to do before 5:30 when the manure hits the ventilator, as they say. Make lunches, exercise, blog, have a slice of toast and put the coffee on. It is so much more relaxing for me to get up then rather than get up at 5:45 and rush around trying to get everyone, including myself, out of the house by 6:30. I really don't know why it's working, but I'm not asking any questions. We'll see how long it lasts - maybe when it's 20 degrees out mid-December it won't be so appealing. P.S. Sorry - I seem to have taken over your blog. : ) Have a great day and thanks for the additional suggestions. I'm going to try the bean dip.Gift of Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13843779880769352257noreply@blogger.com
