The boys and I kicked off the vacation last night with dinner downtown and a nice long park visit. The weather was perfect and the evening so relaxed. And I love the age the boys are right now--everything is getting easier and more fun.
margaritas and sunshine...lovely! And I agree our boys are at an age where getting out and having fun is more realistic and enjoyable :) Enjoy the break!
Looks great! And thank you so much for saying that this is a good, and easier, age. My 2 are 5 and 2 (just!) and I get so tired of people saying I should make the most of this time. Of course I aim to do just that, but this age can be *hard*! I think people forget the tantrums, nappies, broken nights and messy mealtimes as their children get older and only remember the cute little faces...
what a treat to have your two boys so very close in age. they are looking so handsome & smart & healthy. our break is just ending - it has been really nice & slow. hope yours is relaxing ♥
As a long time blog reader, can I just say how wonderful it is to see Rainer growing so big and healthy. Such a joy. Glad you are enjoying spring break!
Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm wife to Ken, stepmom to Ben, and mom to Jacob and Faith, Dieter and Rainer. I like the domestic scene, salty/sweet combos, recipe reviews, the smell of rosemary, babies, the feeling of having exercised, hand clapping rhymes, books, Friday Night Lights, teacups, and laundry that has been washed, dried, folded and put away.
My Faerie MB blog explores what to wear when you are 40+. But everyone is welcome, of course!
