We enjoy going back to the same pumpkin patch every year (Faulkner Farms). The boys are really into it and love to recall the previous year's trip and plan what they want to do this year. They especially love the hay maze, the corn maze, and the hay pyramid. We also take a hay ride every year and there's a petting zoo too. One thing we don't do anymore is buy our pumpkins there. They're overpriced and we like the pumpkins from Trader Joe's just fine. Still, we wouldn't miss our pumpkin patch trip. Such a fun tradition.
I'll be back later this week with an update on the no-sugar thing (it's good!) and my fall goals/intentions.

great minds think alike! ;) that's what we did yesterday too! i love the shot with the red barns.
how is the no sugar eating going? have you weighed or taken your measurements since you started? i gave up sugar too, for the same reasons you mentioned. i do miss having something sweet at night but have been trying to nibble on dates or something to help my sweet tooth.
