hello monday! {linking up with lisa}
Hello Monday!
Hello just two more weeks of work and school.
Hello looking forward to vacation so much.
Hello lunches packed and ready for morning (that lunch above is my typical, almost-daily lunch during the week--with the addition of cornichons!)
Goodbye busy weekend with lots of outings and birthday parties.
Hello coloring with Dieter (my boys love their Christmas coloring sheets).
Hello getting out all the Christmas books and having at them.
Hello celebrating our "first date" anniversary (we always go back to the same restaurant and it is so good).
Hello eating too much (but it was worth it).
Hello baked brie. Hello steak with bernaise. Hello rich dessert.
Hello celebrating advent by building our little "Christmas Village."
Hello getting some new toys on the advent calendar this year.
Hello little boys being excited each morning when they get to cut down a toy.
Hello trip to the zoo.
Hello cool and sunny pretty weather.
Hello reptile house and capybaras.
Hello making the first batch of cookies and freezing them.
Hello holidays fast approaching.
Hello picking Faith up from the bus station this Friday.
I'm linking up with Lisa for Hello Monday.
What are you saying hello to this today? I'm getting very much in the Christmassy spirit and am looking forward to cookies and Russian tea and reading Christmas books and watching Christmas movies and most especially the tree.
I need some recommendations for Christmas movies. Which are your favorites??

We love Elf! Other favorites The Muppets Christmas Carol & The Snowman.
Hello unseasonably warm weather.
Hello new haircut.
Hello newly walking babe!
Hello birthday girl- I can't believe she's going to be 5. (she wants to be a super-hero)
Hello play stove that has gotten a new lease on life.
I love your advent calendar idea.
Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas and Muppets Xmas Carol are my faves.
"The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey," "Little Women" (Winona Ryder) and "Swiss Family Robinson"
There are 3 movies I watch every year. It wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't see them. It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, and Scrooge.
I like this Hello Monday thing your doing. So cheerful and upbeat. I must try at least one monday a month!
And Hello to you...sorry I've been away for a while. Busy bee.
Yes Virginia there is a Santa Clause!
Happy Wednesday Mary Beth!
Hello Russian Tea? My Mom and I haven't had it in about 3 years due to the tang situation (it seems like tang has changed their formula and its not as tangy?!) Have you noticed that? Maybe its just us and we should try again this year! I do miss it:)
