uh-oh

Rats! Now that I have discovered these delicious frozen chocolate croissants from Trader Joe's I am going to want to buy a box every week! Yummy, warm, flaky, crusty. (And yes, I've backslid lately on the no-sugar thing. Back on the wagon Monday).

Good luck! I'd have trouble with sugar is that was around too. Sometimes I think we're lucky there isn't a Trader Joes nearby. :)

Oh wow-that looks good. I wouldn't trust myself-I'd probably eat the whole box. No Trader Joes around here either.

Where I live one can smell them being baked daily. An immunity must be built up knowing that they will be there any day. And on thsoe ceratin days....enjoy!

Yes, these croissants are so good! I love that I can make them fresh! The only thing that saves me is that you really have to plan ahead (overnight) to bake these in the morning.

Sometimes it's good to be bad ;) And it is a new week Monday. =) Thank god there is no Trader Joe's here either, I might just have to go get some.
Have a great weekend Mary Beth & Family.

This is the first time I'm glad I no longer live near a Trader Joe's. I would eat like two of those daily! Those are one of my favorite treat! Sometimes I'll get one from Panera but ah, to have a box in the freezer would be too tempting for me I think.

Oh darn. I didn't know those existed. ;)

Would you say that not eating sugar has gotten easier? How's the lack of Diet Coke been treating you? That's what I need to give up!

Kristen--going sugar-free was relatively easy during Lent when I was doing no sugar all the way with no exceptions. I had some cravings but not that bad. It's been super hard since I tried to add back in a little sugar. Now the cravings are much more intense and I've fallen off the wagon several times.

On the other hand, giving up Diet Coke has been awesome. I love that I'm not dependent on it any more and I'm drinking healthy water at work. I've added back in a tiny bit--only if we happen to being eating out at a burger place or similar, and that has not been presenting a problem. So it goes--some of my resolutions have been easy, the others hard . . .

I'm with you! Those are soooo good. My bad is ice cream. Gonna have the last bit tonight then I'll be back on the no sugar wagon with you!

ginatrbo--OK! Let's do it!

Pain au chocolat is my favorite but with dark chocolate not milk. :)

These have been our Sunday morning tradition for a few years now. When I'm good, I only eat half. You should also try TJ's frozen Mini Morning Buns. They're a good backup for when you forget to put out the chocolate croissants to rise overnight!
