green week :: 3

I've started a little walking routine. Yesterday Dieter went with me. It's amazing how good it feels to get even a little tiny bit of exercise. Now if only I can stick with it.

Lovely green photos this week! Walking ah yes, how good it is for the soul, but how difficult it can be when the temps outside are 20 and 30 degrees. Spring Spring I'm waiting for spring!!

I've been itching to take walks these days (the sun is now out on a consistent basis) but it is still below freezing. I'm hoping to start my daily walks soon as it is warming up. I've been doing a bit of yoga daily and I agree, a bit of exercise just makes my day. I read I Capture the Castle this winter and absolutely loved it!

Just a glimpse of the cover of I Capture makes me smile. Wonderful book. I hope the Spring weather inspires your walking.

I am feeling exactly the smae about a little exercise. This week Miss Grace and I have been going for an early morning bike ride when she wakes up - it has incentivised her to go back to sleep until it is light and her enthusiam for the ride keeps me comitted.

The green pics are just lovely - very soothing - I am feeling very attracted to green at the moment.

I agree with you about the walking. I try to walk the boys to school everyday, no matter what the weather. it is almost a mile each way, so we walk slower there and then I walk fast on the way home when I am on my own. Even if I am freezing cold and soaking wet I still find I have enjoyed my walk.
