valentine preparations

I had a rainy studio morning this morning. Here's a peek at my I've been up to. Stitched heart valentines, inspired by The Purl Bee.

Stick valentine for Ken, inspired by Stephanie Congdon Barnes.

Gifts for the children. I decided to wrap everything in wax paper bags this year.

Happy Valentine's day tomorrow!

Oh so much fun. It looks like the Friday holiday was worth it. :) I like the small blue stacking house. Could you provide a link?

Love the cards. I think even I could manage those.

I love the stick. You have such lovely things, and I love your blog.

Is there a previous post on how to make the wax paper bags?

Nina; you can get the little stacking house (actually a "cave") here

I'm not telling: no, but they are easy. Just do a zigzag stitch around some waxed paper. It's fun!

Love your Valentines. I always make the kids handmade valentines, but they are never that sweet. I will have to give it a try now that I have a sewing machine. Hey go check out my bag I made that was inspired by YOU!!! It is on my blog not Bryson's.
