Two Zucchini Pastas

We've been eating tons of zucchini lately, as you know. Here are two pastas I can heartily recommend. These were both so good I feel like I can stop looking for zucchini pasta recipes, ya know? These are them. The first one is penne with zucchini, tomatoes, and feta. It's as simple as it sounds. It comes from The Splendid Table How to Eat Supper, which I got for my birthday. It's greater than the sum of its parts. The tomatoes aren't even cooked--just warmed from the heat of the pasta, and I really liked that.
The second pasta (we actually tried this one first) is from Smitten Kitchen. Loved this one too. It's really easy, hardly a recipe at all. Just olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, zucchini, and thin spaghetti. Yummy. Also, Rachael sent me a link to this Australian food site. I typed in "zucchini" and lots of inspiring and delicious recipes came up. Thanks, Rachael!
Plus, Lisa of Periwinkle gave me an award! Thanks Lisa. And since this award requires me to give an "academy awards style" acceptance speech, I'd like to thank my mother too, for all her hard work and devotion.
Here are the rules of the award (copied from Lisa's Blog):

1. The winner can put the logo on their blog.
2. Link to the person you received your award from.
3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs.
4. Put links of those blogs on yours.
5. Leave a message on the blogs you've nominated.
6. Write an acceptance speech in the style of the Academy Awards, thanking every body's mother, father, sister, brother, aunties and uncles and the kitchen staff at your favorite restaurant!

I would like to pass this award on to:
Elsewhere Living
Crunchy Peas
Grandy and Baa
Simple Ordinary Lives
It Matters to This One
Encircling
Yay Pie
All these ladies have delightful blogs that I like to check daily for everyday inspiration and interesting thoughts. Check them out!

Thank you for the award, it completely brightened my day :)

Hooray zucchini recipes! I'm definitely giving that pasta a try. Isn't How to Eat Supper great? I'm still hanging on to the library's copy, I just made the Duke's granita which was tasty but not very photogenic :/ If I can style it a little better I'll post about it.
