First Date--Anniversary

Every year on December 15, Ken and I celebrate the anniversary of our first date by going out to the same restaurant where we had our first dinner out together. The first time he brought me a pink rose from his yard. Now it's a tradition: every year he cuts me a rose from that same bush. December is such a great time of the year to start dating: so romantic with all the lights and the festive feeling--I loved that--and the fact that he asked me out for the very next date at the end of the first date.
Now our lives have changed so much! But it is so fun to have a quiet evening--no kids--to reflect and remember. Happy anniversary Ken!

Green Husband asked me out for a second date at the end of our first date too! I guess that's "The Sign". Happy Anniversary!
