New Fabric and a WIP

New fabric from Superbuzzy. Isn't it fabulous? For those of you who don't know, Superbuzzy is an online fabric store of Japanese imported fabric. Lovely lovely stuff--it was hard to decide what to get.
I love this gingerbread man print. And those elephants? Yummy!
And I was delighted to find this embroidery book in stock at the same time.
Isn't it fabulous? There are no iron-on transfers--you have to hand trace the patterns onto your fabric, but these cute designs will be worth the extra effort.

And here's something interesting: Superbuzzy is now operating out of Ventura! That's right: right in my neck of the woods. The lady who apparently now owns it included a handwritten little note saying they're in Ventura and to give her a call. Will have to investigate further. Might I be able to pick up my orders in person in the future?
And here's a little peek at the pillow I'm making Rainer for his birthday. Last night I added some embroidery and I still have to assemble the pieces and make a pillow form. Hopefully I'll have it ready by next week. Yeah, only one week to go and my baby will be one!

Lovely stuff! I've been going back and forth on ordering that adorable embroidery, and I have some of that wonderful tree fabric on it's way to me right now!
