Peanut Butter Protein Balls

I haven't been doing much baking (or even cooking) lately, what with the baby and Weight Watchers and trying to lose weight, but since I dropped two pounds beneath my goal weight, and this being my last carefree weekend of maternity leave, I decided to try a few recipes from my queue. I got this recipe off my Cooking Light BB. Basically this is Peanut Butter Playdough all dressed up and with a grown up name. Very easy and very yummy. I made half the batch using raisins and half with chocolate chips. I love both. I think these might be a good high energy work snack.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup rasins (or 1/4 c. raisins and 1/4 c. chocolate chips)
1/4 cup honey
Graham cracker crumbs

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in the crumbs and refrigerate.

OH...pb is my weakness and these look SO good! I guess at least there's no butter or sugar in them!
